Job Overview:

A high-impact Network Engineer role is available at a leading IT services provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting networks that support global clients.

This role requires collaboration with IT teams across regions to ensure high uptime, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and manage LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability.
  • Troubleshoot network outages and provide timely resolutions.
  • Implement and maintain network security measures in compliance with industry standards.
  • Support network migrations and upgrades, including cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Document configurations, processes, and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT and operations teams to deliver seamless support.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in network engineering/administration.
  • Certifications: CCNA/CCNP (or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, OSPF, and BGP.
  • Strong knowledge of firewall management and VPN technologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with global clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Exposure to network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes.
  • Additional certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Juniper certifications.
