Job Title: Utility Operations Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Utility Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing utility equipment, contracts, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue materials and manage contracts for utility equipment
  • Monitor performance of utility equipment against defined service level agreements
  • Ensure uptime of utility equipment and network facilities
  • Carry out level 2 rectification of utility equipment
  • Coordinate with the core team for critical issues resolution
  • Track corrective and preventive maintenance of utility equipment
  • Monitor utility alarms and ensure closure of the same
  • Track consumption per hour of utility equipment
  • Ensure implementation of quality, health, safety, environment, and fire policies

Requirements:

  • BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5-10 years of experience in utility operations
