Job Title: Client Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to corporate clients, ensuring their day-to-day queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to corporate clients on all service-related queries, applying the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.
  • Work closely with internal teams to promote business growth and resolve roadblocks that hinder deal closure.
  • Liaise with global teams to ensure consistent high standards in service solutions for all clients.
  • Manage client queries for countries centrally supported from India, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Coordinate and align closely with offshore teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Support self-service apps for corporate clients, where possible, to enhance customer experience.
  • Prepare and provide Management Information System (MIS) reports as required.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement activities leading to operational efficiencies and cost savings.
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Post graduate degree with 3-6 years of experience in servicing corporate clients or in a financial institution.
  • Basic analytical skills, ability to exercise flexibility when solving production problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and preferably local language.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, able to work in virtual global teams and matrix organizations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, keep pace with technical innovation, and maintain a broad understanding of the product offering.
