Job Overview

The Professional Services Consultant role involves delivering tailored solutions to end-users and partners, leveraging subject matter expertise in product configuration and customization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver solutions based on client requirements documents
  • Provide technical leadership to clients on configured solutions
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and budget-friendly projects
  • Function as the subject matter expert for Tungsten Automation Corporation products
  • Develop solutions independently according to client requirements
  • Document customer-specific configurations
  • Install configurations in client environments when implementing non-cloud/SaaS solutions
Required Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills for global interactions
  • Multilingual skills (e.g., French, German, Dutch) are a plus
  • Consultative communications style, effective listener
  • Collaboration with team members, understanding team objectives and contributing to meeting them
  • Understanding client goals and objectives
  • Adherence to established work schedules and plans
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Strong listening skills, asking questions for clarity
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of software development, architecture, and customization
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Application Services
  • SQL Server-based skills (MS SQL Server architecture, design, tuning)
  • Experience writing scripts using SQL, PL/SQL, ASP.NET programming languages
  • Ability to understand functional design and technical project requirements
  • Working knowledge of AP, AR, Payroll, HR, etc. workflow, BPR, and/or SAP domains
  • Escalating support issues with internal resources when necessary
  • Sharing technical knowledge with team members
  • Accurate documentation of all work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
  • Ability to work alternative shifts and client hours when needed
  • Travel to customer project locations as required
