Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Claims Process Specialist to join our team at HTIC Global. In this role, you will be responsible for managing claims from initial receipt to closure, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

About the Role

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage claims from receipt to closure, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Investigate and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in claims management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
