Process Associate Voice Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Process Associate to join our Voice Operations team at ADVENXA. As a Process Associate Voice Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy. Your primary goal will be to accurately process and document information obtained during calls while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Accurately process and document information obtained during calls.
  • Assist callers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow predefined scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless call flow.
  • Meet performance targets for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information obtained during calls.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a voice process role is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications.
  • Excellent English fluency, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with callers.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • Prior clinical experience as a registered nurse is usually required, with a minimum of several years of experience preferred.

  • Ability to convey complex medical information clearly and empathetically.
