  • Manage empaneled trainers to deliver training plans across induction, refreshers, skill builders, assessments, and product/process updates.
  • Drive and monitor trainer performance to achieve activation goals. Take corrective actions to close performance gaps.
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, quality audits, and provide coaching to build trainer expertise and maintain delivery excellence.
  • Ensure compliance and code of conduct adherence. Capture and share training data, insights, and ground feedback with leadership.
