Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Training Manager to lead the design, planning, and execution of comprehensive training programs for our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop forward-thinking training initiatives aligned with industry trends and keep content updated with the latest coding standards.
- Oversee and refine training methodologies to enhance learning efficiency and outcomes.
- Accountable for specific location training activities and project quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in training operations, process coaching, or quality management, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Extensive expertise in HCC coding systems.
- Leadership & Training Expertise: Advanced experience in leading, mentoring, and managing a team of trainers, process coaches, and managers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coding Certification – AAPC/AHIMA.
- Proven experience in a senior management role overseeing a team of managers, trainers, or quality leaders in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
