Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management

  • Connect with new prospects daily and engage with already contacted leads to achieve sales targets
  • Engage with candidates through telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, chats, etc.
  • Bypass high-quality discussions with prospective candidates, enrolling them in our learning programs
  • Manage the sales funnel from the lead stage to conversion, focusing on an engagement-driven sales model using CRM effectively
  • Maintain focus on quality sales and adherence to solid sales processes

Performance Metrics

  • Achieve monthly sales goals by establishing new clients and re-serving existing ones
  • Report daily sales activity and results to the sales team manager
  • Develop relationships and follow up with potential clients and prospects
  • Establish new clients, start business accounts, and maintain existing client relationships as your book of business grows

Qualifications

  • BE/B.Tech or MBA (no major preference)
  • Knowledge of management basics
  • Outgoing, friendly, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organized, able to plan, and execute tasks properly with minimal supervision
  • Presentation skills in both formal and casual business settings
  • Tech savvy, especially in social media
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Excellent communication, listening, and conviction skills
  • English: Full professional proficiency (level 4/5)
  • Hindi: Professional working proficiency (level 4/5)
  • Limited working proficiency in any other language (optional)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is ₹6,50,000 - ₹9,00,000 per annum, based on industry standards, qualifications, and performance metrics. Sophos Knowledge Services offers competitive benefits packages and growth opportunities.
