Enterprise Business Development Executive

A dynamic and proactive Account Manager is required to drive our key clients forward.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to form and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing executive relationships, and staying on top of client needs and vision.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Client Account Management: Handle 5-10 client accounts, manage communication between clients and internal stakeholders, and stay on top of client needs and vision.
  • Executive Relationship Development: Develop executive relationships at country-level with leadership.
  • Business Partnership Acceleration: Accelerate partnership, revenue growth, and capture new opportunities for clients.
  • Pitching Services: Pitch relevant services to clients and identify new markets for business growth.
  • Quality Control: Track delivery timelines and quality to ensure high-quality deliverables are being delivered on time.
  • Reporting: Present reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in accounts management or customer success roles.
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including negotiation skills and data analysis abilities.
  • Sales-Oriented Mindset: Goal-oriented attitude with a proactive working style and self-motivation.
  • Client Interaction: Proficiency in client interactions with sales deal closure.
