Business Development Executive

As a key member of our business development team, you will play a pivotal role in generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and creating new business opportunities across a defined set of strategic enterprise accounts. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with regional sales leaders and coordinating with the marketing team to craft compelling messaging and execute targeted campaigns.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on building a strong top-of-funnel pipeline for AI-led digital transformation services. Your responsibilities will include research and analysis of target accounts, execution of outbound prospecting initiatives, and engagement with C-suite executives to understand their pain points and position solutions effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute customized outbound prospecting strategies to generate interest and schedule meetings with sales leaders.
  • Craft compelling narratives to position solutions effectively and address the needs of senior leadership in large enterprise accounts.
  • Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and optimal conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience engaging with senior leadership in large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and enterprise buying behavior.
  • Familiarity with AI-led services and digital transformation solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
