Job Overview

This role is responsible for delivering strategic support to the Director, encompassing executive assistance, operational coordination, and analytical reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, focusing on decision-making, prioritization, and follow-ups on critical matters. Ensure seamless communication and information flow between the Director and stakeholders.
  • Operational Coordination: Align cross-functional workflows across production, supply chain, and technical teams. Monitor project milestones, flag potential risks, and drive timely execution of initiatives. Facilitate smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare insightful analytical reports, presentations, and dashboards for management reviews. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), operational performance, and progress of strategic projects. Provide actionable insights on efficiency improvements, bottlenecks, and business opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Task Completion Rate: % of Director-assigned tasks delivered within deadlines.
  • Information Flow Efficiency: Average turnaround time for updates and decision communication.
  • Report Timeliness: % of reports prepared and submitted on schedule.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 10 to 15 years of professional experience with strong exposure to production workflows, supply chain management, and operational efficiency.
  • Preferred experience in CEO/MD/COO Office or Business Excellence / Strategy Team of a large-scale organization.
  • BE in Chemical / Mechanical (preferred) or any engineering stream and MBA in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management from a reputed management institute (Top 30 B-schools preferred).
