HOPS HEALTHCARE Business Development Executive

A Business Development Executive at HOPS HEALTHCARE plays a vital role in driving the growth and success of the company. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: The Business Development Executive must identify potential clients and business opportunities, using research skills to identify trends, market opportunities, and potential clients.
  2. Build and Maintain Relationships with Clients: The Business Development Executive must build and maintain relationships with existing clients as well as potential clients, effectively communicating the value of HOPS HEALTHCARE's products or services to clients and managing client expectations.
  3. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: The Business Development Executive must develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, setting targets, developing sales plans, and executing marketing campaigns.
  4. Coordinate with Other Teams: The Business Development Executive must work closely with other teams within HOPS HEALTHCARE to ensure successful delivery of products or services, collaborating with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure the needs of the client are met.
  5. Monitor Market Trends: The Business Development Executive must stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry news, identifying potential opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.
  6. Prepare and Deliver Presentations: The Business Development Executive must be able to prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders, effectively communicating the value of HOPS HEALTHCARE's products or services and addressing any concerns or questions the audience may have.
  7. Negotiate Contracts: The Business Development Executive must be skilled in negotiation and able to negotiate contracts with clients, understanding the needs of the client and ensuring the contract meets the needs of both parties.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
