About This Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Regional Business Director to join our team at Agrim Housing Finance.
This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in business development, team management, and sales and collection operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and leading a high-performing team of officers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and collection targets
- Lead and manage a team of officers to ensure effective sales and collection operations
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Monitor and analyze sales and collection performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and core values
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in HL/LAP industry
- Proven track record of leadership and team management
- Strong sales and collection skills, with a focus on driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
