Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors expert with strong expertise in Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding (ONB) modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing, configuring, and supporting these modules in global environments.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementation and support of SuccessFactors RCM, RMK, and ONB modules, collaborating with HR business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system functionalities, and ensuring data privacy, security, and compliance while working on a VDI-based remote setup.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 3+ years in RCM (Recruiting Management), 3+ years in RMK (Recruiting Marketing), and 2+ years in ONB (Onboarding).
  • Hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and support of these modules.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and onboarding best practices.
