Job Opportunity: SAP SuccessFactors Expert

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to implement and support the SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution based out of Bangalore.
  • A key requirement is certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central with a proven track record of end-to-end implementation projects and support projects.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • They will have a deep understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organizations.
  • Key responsibilities include defining business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and translating these into system configuration objects.
  • Experience with data models, XML knowledge, MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, workflows, Time-Off, and EC payroll is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will also be skilled in system configuration, translation packs, and test case execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Proven experience in end-to-end implementation projects and support projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes
  • Expertise in providing consulting services on HCM best practices
  • Familiarity with SAP HCM Cloud solutions
  • Hands-on experience with data models and XML
  • Knowledge of MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows
  • Experience with Time-Off and EC payroll
