Sap SuccessFactors Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sap SuccessFactors Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Sap SuccessFactors Payroll module, ensuring seamless integration with other HR systems.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage the Sap SuccessFactors Payroll module, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Design and develop custom workflows and business processes to optimize payroll operations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of the Sap SuccessFactors Payroll module.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to the Sap SuccessFactors Payroll module.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with Sap SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, Employee Central, and succession planning processes and best practices.
  • Proficient in system configuration, data migration, and integration techniques.
  • Experience with testing methodologies and user acceptance testing processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Desirable Qualifications

In addition to the requirements above, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • Certification in Sap SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules.
  • Experience with designing and developing custom workflows and business processes.
