Expert HR Consultant for UK SuccessFactors Implementations

This role requires a seasoned expert in SuccessFactors implementation with extensive experience in leading end-to-end projects for UK-based clients.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business process reviews to identify areas of improvement and define actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver tailored Solution Maps that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide hands-on support for Employee Central Core, Time Off, and Time Tracking configuration and optimization for UK HR scenarios.
  • Partner with payroll and technical teams to validate and support payroll integrations.
  • Deliver high-quality consulting outputs, including process maps, gap analysis, recommendation logs, and future-state blueprints.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of SuccessFactors implementation success in the UK market.
  • In-depth understanding of UK HR laws and regulations.
  • Strong background in process mapping, documentation, and workshop facilitation.
  • Hands-on expertise in EC Core, Time Off, and Time Tracking configuration and optimization.
