Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors consultant with expertise in onboarding 2.0 for a challenging role that offers the opportunity to deliver impactful HR solutions and drive digital transformation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on global SuccessFactors implementations, collaborate with a collaborative team environment that fosters continuous learning and development, and be part of transforming HR experiences for leading organizations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement onboarding 2.0 processes, including upgrades from onboarding 1.0.
  • Design, implement, and support complex business processes in SuccessFactors.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with customers to understand their business needs and propose best-fit solutions.
  • Integrate onboarding 2.0 with upstream and downstream systems, including third-party applications.
  • Provide best-practice guidance on customer processes and ensure smooth adoption.
  • Continuously stay updated with bi-annual SuccessFactors releases and guide customers through upgrades.

Requirements:
  • Certifications in onboarding 2.0 and employee central (mandatory).
  • Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding processes in global organizations.
  • Exposure to system development, analysis, and testing.
