Corporate Insurance Sales Leader

We are seeking a results-driven sales leader to spearhead growth and expansion in our corporate insurance vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business development, managing key client relationships, and overseeing operational efficiency.


About the Role:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new large corporate clients for the Corporate Insurance channel.
  • Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for the assigned location, ensuring optimal financial performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve business objectives and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver customized insurance solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention of existing books of business.
  • Oversee and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) for the vertical, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare productivity reports, dashboards, and share performance metrics with stakeholders.
  • Lead operational activities of the vertical, including planning, execution, and monitoring of targets.
  • Act as a key decision-maker for strategic client initiatives and policy design.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in corporate insurance sales or key account management.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing the Insurance Broking Industry.
  • Broker certification is preferred (as per IRDAI guidelines).

Educational Qualification:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in General Insurance (GI), Insurance Broking, or Third Party Administrator (TPA) services.
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is essential.
