Enterprise Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Implementation Specialist to oversee the successful deployment of cutting-edge solutions for prominent financial institutions.

This is a high-pressure role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in enterprise system implementation, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage various implementation teams and oversee several enterprise implementations concurrently
  • Guide teams in analysis of customer's business requirements and propose product solutions
  • Effectively lead a cross-functional team of Business Analysts, QA, and Technology teams
  • Delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers from various teams within the client's organization
  • Sprint Planning and tracking progress of implementation ensuring timely and quality delivery
  • Deep experience of implementing Enterprise Solutions, managing SDLC and good understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Managing external and internal stakeholders, escalation management and presenting Project Status Report at the agreed frequency
  • Creating proposals, RFP responses and providing timely and mature answers to techno-functional queries raised by prospective clients
  • Managing client expectations in terms of deliverables, efforts, timelines and product customizations etc.
  • Guiding BAs in writing functional specifications (i.e. Solution Scope Documents and Use Case Documents) highlighting product features and benefits/value-add to customers to capture business process requirements for proposed solutions
  • Ensure clear understanding of customer's technology requirements; develop innovative solutions, provide support for proposal and project teams
  • Training internal teams on product and technology
Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of experience in an enterprise system implementation role with hands-on experience for 10+ years in Digital Lending (LOS, LMS, Collections) or Co-lending
  • Experience in Treasury, Payments or CBS solutions can also be considered
  • Strong technical and business awareness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience of preparing proposals
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder management and escalation management
  • Ability to communicate a technical message with business relevance to a non-technical audience as well as a technical audience
  • Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business customers or prospects
  • Experience in Fintech/NBFC/Bank (Digital banking verticals), or with Product solution providers like LOS/LMS/Banking Tech solution providers) would be given preference
