Enterprise Document Management Leadership

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Document Management Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the way organizations manage their documents.

As an Enterprise Document Management Leader, you will be responsible for defining and leading the document management technology roadmap at an enterprise level. You will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to align the DM strategy with business goals, regulatory requirements, and evolving technology trends.

  • Define and lead the document management technology roadmap at an enterprise level.
  • Align the DM strategy with business goals, regulatory requirements, and evolving technology trends.
  • Develop and implement cost optimization strategies for iManage on-prem installations and cloud migration.
  • Implement best practices for data governance, access control, and document security.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ~7+ years of experience in enterprise document management solutions, with a focus on iManage and Viewpoint Document Management.
  • ~ Proven track record of leading document management migrations, particularly from on-prem to cloud.
  • ~ Experience with cost reduction strategies and technology budget optimization.
  • ~ Strong understanding of enterprise application integration and data governance.
  • ~ Hands-on expertise in document security, compliance frameworks, and ITIL-based support models.
  • ~ Experience in JIRA BAU ownership, backlog management, and agile methodologies.
