We are seeking a seasoned professional to foster and grow key relationships with our enterprise clients.

About the Role:

In this senior position, you will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring robust client engagement, successful adoption of our solutions, and long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage relationships with a portfolio of enterprise clients, delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Understand client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to develop effective solutions.
  • Lead onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions to drive client success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to represent client interests effectively.
  • Conduct executive-level discussions and align solutions with client objectives, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Prioritize client feedback, translating it into actionable improvements in products and services.
  • Stay abreast of industry and technology trends to advise clients strategically.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Able to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experienced with data-driven engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
