We are seeking a seasoned professional to foster and grow key relationships with our enterprise clients.
About the Role:In this senior position, you will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring robust client engagement, successful adoption of our solutions, and long-term business value.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage relationships with a portfolio of enterprise clients, delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Understand client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to develop effective solutions.
- Lead onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions to drive client success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to represent client interests effectively.
- Conduct executive-level discussions and align solutions with client objectives, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Prioritize client feedback, translating it into actionable improvements in products and services.
- Stay abreast of industry and technology trends to advise clients strategically.
- 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Able to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experienced with data-driven engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
