A strong understanding of enterprise application integration and data governance is essential, as well as hands-on expertise in document security, compliance frameworks, and ITIL-based support models.

This role requires exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to drive alignment across IT and business teams. The ability to mentor and develop team members is also crucial, as you will be responsible for managing and mentoring the Document Management Business Analyst.
