IT Project Manager Position

The role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of technology initiatives while aligning with business objectives.

This includes possessing strong project management expertise, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Applying IT project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Developing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for third-party vendors/installers.
  • Leading all project phases – initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Defining project scope, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets, and success criteria.
  • Preparing project estimates and detailed execution plans.
  • Capturing and validating business requirements accurately.
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation and reports.
  • Facilitating daily coordination while ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Acting as liaison between project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Tracking status, managing risks/issues, and developing mitigation plans.
  • Monitoring financials, delivery quality, and compliance with policies.
  • Ensuring proper closure with lessons learned and documentation.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and leadership skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are also essential for this position.
