Job Title: Project Lead – Web & Digital Platforms

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview:

As a Project Lead – Web & Digital Platforms, you will drive the strategy, execution, and innovation of web and digital projects for leading brands. You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless delivery aligned with business objectives, user experience excellence, and technology best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Delivery

  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for web platforms in alignment with brand goals
  • Build scalable processes for timely project delivery and continuous improvement
  • Review and approve project scopes, timelines, and execution plans

Team & Project Leadership

  • Lead and mentor Project Managers, Web Executives, Developers, and Designers
  • Drive Agile implementation, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Mediate escalations and foster a culture of ownership and innovation

Technology & Innovation

  • Liaise with tech teams to drive integration, automation, and platform innovations
  • Review technical documentation and contribute to solution architecture decisions

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the strategic point of contact for senior clients
  • Present performance reports, growth roadmaps, and insights with clear storytelling
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and strategic alignment

Quality Assurance & Performance

  • Champion UX best practices, SEO fundamentals, and QA protocols
  • Drive regular audits to implement data-backed improvements
  • Lead website KPIs reporting and collaborate with analytics teams on actionable insights

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong project management and strategic planning capabilities
  • Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary digital teams
  • Excellent communication, client presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS basics), CMS (Shopify, Magento), APIs
  • Advanced Google Analytics and GA4 knowledge
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • UI/UX sensibility to review digital output effectively

Good to Have:

  • Background in tech & web development
  • Experience managing e-commerce platforms and product roadmaps
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and performance marketing metrics
