Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President to lead successful deployments of our spend management SaaS platform across enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Implementation Management: Own the implementation process for enterprise customers, ensuring timely and milestone-based revenue recognition.
  • Implementation Methodology Development: Define and standardize implementation methodologies, playbooks, and timelines.
  • Project Resource Planning: Plan and manage project resources, risks, and escalations.
Product Configuration & Enablement
  • Customer Needs Translation: Translate customer needs into product configuration, workflows, and user roles.
  • Client System Setup: Guide clients through system setup, integrations, and UAT.
  • Collaboration with Product and Engineering: Work closely with product and engineering on customization or roadmap alignment.
Client Management
  • Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact during implementation.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with client stakeholders (Finance, IT, Procurement, etc.).
  • Adoption and Success Preparation: Drive adoption and prepare the customer for post-go-live success.
Revenue Assurance
  • Timely Revenue Recognition: Ensure timely and milestone-based revenue recognition.
  • Contract Alignment: Work with sales and finance teams to align contracts with delivery plans.
  • Project Profitability Tracking: Track project profitability, scope creep, and effort allocation.
Team Leadership & Process Improvement
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of implementation managers or specialists.
  • Metrics Establishment: Establish metrics for project success, client satisfaction, and onboarding efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve internal processes and implementation tools/templates.

The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in SaaS/enterprise software implementations, at least 3 in a leadership role. Strong project management skills, client engagement, and domain knowledge are essential.
