Telecom Business Development Manager

This role drives operational excellence across the mobile virtual network ecosystem, telecom platform management, and MVNO/MVNE service delivery in a fast-paced telecommunications software environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in telecom operations, mobile technology, and MVNO/MVNE roles, with domain expertise required.
Key Responsibilities:
You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts in the MVNO ecosystem, build strong relationships, and ensure seamless communication across time zones and teams.
Account growth will be driven through upselling and cross-selling of platform features and services, developing account-specific growth strategies aligned with client business objectives, and monitoring account health metrics.
You will also contribute to product roadmap discussions based on client feedback and market requirements, drive AI digital transformation initiatives, and streamline BSS/OSS workflows.
Requirements:
- Education & Telecom Experience: MBA from top-tier business school or equivalent, 7-10 years in telecom operations, mobile technology, or MVNO/MVNE roles
- Skills & AI-Enabled Telecom Systems: Proficiency in telecom project management tools, advanced telecom analytics and AI-powered data analysis capabilities, telecom billing systems, AI-enhanced CRM
