Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager with robust experience in cloud engineering, DevOps methodologies, and embedded systems within the Telecom sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project delivery teams, onboarding talented professionals, and ensuring successful project completions for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery Leadership:

• Lead multiple customer-driven telecom projects, focusing on delivering solutions utilizing cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, scope, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered with high quality and meet client expectations.

Team Building and Management:

• Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of specialists in software development, cloud solutions, and embedded systems, ensuring optimal team composition and performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge in the latest telecom technologies.

Technical Expertise and Strategy:

• Implement best practices in cloud architecture and DevOps to enhance infrastructure and application deployment strategies specific to telecom environments.
• Guide the team in adopting new technologies and methodologies to improve project outcomes.
• Work closely with technical leads to ensure architectural and operational requirements are integrated into project plans.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and the client, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication of project progress.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and converting them into project goals and deliverables.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Risk Management and Compliance:

• Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards and regulations, particularly those specific to telecommunications.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in project management within the IT and telecom sectors, with a focus on cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, including but not limited to 4G/5G networks, IoT, and network security.
• Proficient in agile project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or ITIL.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role within an IT services company.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery with tangible outcomes.
