Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
service delivery manager
with a strong
testing/QA background
and proven expertise in managing
telecom domain projects
. The ideal candidate will have
10+ years of experience
leading testing teams, delivering high-quality solutions, and ensuring seamless client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery & Client Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for telecom clients on testing engagements.
  • Ensure delivery of testing services within defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage client expectations.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Oversee end-to-end test delivery (manual, automation, performance, and telecom-specific network testing).
  • Ensure defect management, test coverage, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Implement best practices in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments.
  • Project & Resource Management
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively across multiple telecom testing projects.
  • Track project progress, handle risks, and resolve delivery issues.
  • Ensure timely delivery within budget while maintaining quality.
  • Team Leadership
  • Mentor, guide, and manage cross-functional testing teams.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training support.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Reporting & Metrics
  • Track delivery performance (defect leakage, automation coverage, productivity).
  • Provide timely reports and dashboards to clients and internal leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of IT experience with a
    strong focus on Testing/QA
    .
  • Minimum 5+ years in a
    service delivery/managerial role
    handling large teams.
  • Hands-on knowledge of
    Telecom domain projects
    (OSS/BSS, LTE, 4G/5G, VoLTE, Network Testing).
  • Strong understanding of
    manual and automation testing frameworks
    .
  • Experience working in
    Agile/DevOps environments
    .
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage distributed teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in ISTQB, PMP, ITIL, or similar.
  • Exposure to test tools (Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Tosca, etc.).
  • Prior experience working with Tier-1 telecom clients.
