We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in leading telecom projects from conception to delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery Leadership: Lead multiple customer-driven telecom projects, focusing on delivering solutions utilizing cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems.
  • Team Building and Management: Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of specialists in software development, cloud solutions, and embedded systems, ensuring optimal team composition and performance.
  • Technical Expertise and Strategy: Implement best practices in cloud architecture and DevOps to enhance infrastructure and application deployment strategies specific to telecom environments.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the company and the client, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication of project progress.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management within the IT and telecom sectors, with a focus on cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, including but not limited to 4G/5G networks, IoT, and network security.
