Job Title:

Telecom Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Project Leader to lead multiple customer-driven telecom projects, focusing on delivering solutions utilizing cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project delivery teams and ensure successful project completions for diverse clientele.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, scope, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered with high quality and meet client expectations.
  • Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of specialists in software development, cloud solutions, and embedded systems, ensuring optimal team composition and performance.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge in the latest telecom technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management within the IT and telecom sectors, with a focus on cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems.
  • Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, including but not limited to 4G/5G networks, IoT, and network security.
  • Proficient in agile project management tools and methodologies.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or ITIL.
