Wireless Telecom Project Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to oversee the management of complex wireless telecom projects in various geographies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple large-scale wireless telecom projects, including new rollouts, swaps, POCs, and technology upgrades across Asia and Africa.
- Collaborate with customers and team members to ensure timely project delivery, high-quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop effective strategies to balance multiple critical tasks, prioritize resources, and communicate seamlessly with customer operations teams.
- Support sales efforts by providing cost budgeting guidance during pre-sales and offering expertise in services development for opportunities.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in managing deployments, leading teams, execution, deployment, customer acceptances, and quality assurance in the wireless telecom industry in Africa and Asia.
- Professional project management certifications or equivalent experience.
- In-depth understanding of 3GPP protocols, IP networking, cloud solutions, integration, and project management in the wireless telecom sector.
- Ability to optimize tool utilization, end-to-end troubleshooting, mentoring teams, and ensuring adherence to quality norms among internal and external service partner teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and ability to travel as needed.
