Telecom Financial Service Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecom Financial Service Manager to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering budget forecasting to telecom clients, highlighting actuals vs forecast and spend trends.
  • They will also provide financial inputs for telecom account P&L reviews and pipeline analysis.
  • A key aspect of the role will be establishing and managing complex telecom billing hierarchies, tailored to the client's AP structure.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in defining and documenting telecom-specific billing protocols with clear version control.
  • Additionally, they will manage telecom pricing reviews, negotiate changes based on service delivery efficiencies.
  • Responsibilities will also include overseeing the formatting of telecom invoices reflecting telecom service inventories and rates.

Critical Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in telecom financial management, including budget forecasting and financial analysis.
  • Experience in establishing and managing telecom billing hierarchies and protocols.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with telecom-specific systems and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
