We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to drive our growth strategy. This role will involve uncovering high-impact opportunities, building processes for evaluation and conversion, and leading a nimble team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify, evaluate, and pursue business opportunities aligned with the company's growth vision.
- Establish and maintain a robust pipeline management process to track, assess, and prioritize opportunities across micro-markets.
- Drive feasibility assessments and risk analysis in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Structure commercially viable transactions including outright purchases, joint ventures, and partnerships.
- Owning end-to-end execution process from preliminary evaluation and negotiations to internal approvals and documentation closure.
- Develop internal SOPs for deal evaluation, documentation, and approvals to create more consistency and predictability in execution.
- Monitor real estate trends, policy updates, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and identify emerging opportunities.
- Create detailed opportunity maps, pricing benchmarks, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, societies, legal advisors, consultants, and local authorities.
- Represent the company in key forums to build visibility and a strong market reputation.
- 12+ years of experience in business development, land acquisition, or real estate transactions.
- Proven track record of closing large deals.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of local real estate regulations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong ownership and outcome orientation.
- Strategic thinker with on-ground hustle.
