Business Development Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to drive our growth strategy. This role will involve uncovering high-impact opportunities, building processes for evaluation and conversion, and leading a nimble team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify, evaluate, and pursue business opportunities aligned with the company's growth vision.
  • Establish and maintain a robust pipeline management process to track, assess, and prioritize opportunities across micro-markets.
  • Drive feasibility assessments and risk analysis in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Structure commercially viable transactions including outright purchases, joint ventures, and partnerships.
  • Owning end-to-end execution process from preliminary evaluation and negotiations to internal approvals and documentation closure.
  • Develop internal SOPs for deal evaluation, documentation, and approvals to create more consistency and predictability in execution.
  • Monitor real estate trends, policy updates, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Create detailed opportunity maps, pricing benchmarks, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, societies, legal advisors, consultants, and local authorities.
  • Represent the company in key forums to build visibility and a strong market reputation.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in business development, land acquisition, or real estate transactions.
  • Proven track record of closing large deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of local real estate regulations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership and outcome orientation.
  • Strategic thinker with on-ground hustle.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
