We are seeking an ambitious and result-driven professional to drive business growth in international markets. Key responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities through market research, networking, and digital outreach.
- Develop strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored IT solutions.
- Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams for seamless onboarding and project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, virtual events, and client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is advantageous).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development/sales in the IT services sector, focusing on international markets.
- Proven ability to generate leads and secure business for services like UI/UX Design, Website Development, Mobile Application Development, Customized CRM & ERP Development, Shopify & E-commerce Site Development.
- Strong understanding of global business culture and client expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
