Key Account Manager and Growth Champion

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage B2B relationships with educational institutions, drive growth in their designated region, and lead the onboarding process of new clients.

Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Key Account Manager and Growth Champion to join our dynamic team. As a key player, you will oversee and manage B2B relationships with colleges and universities, ensuring consistent engagement and smooth communication with clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage B2B relationships with educational institutions like colleges and universities.
  • Drive growth in your designated region (Delhi/NCR, Pune, Bangalore, etc.).
  • Lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Help institutions understand how our platform can enhance their services.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry and familiarity with CRM tools.
