Job Title: Business Development Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our business development efforts in the Mumbai region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product revenues, implementing sales strategies, and meeting yield targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product revenues through the branch and area sales teams by developing and executing effective sales plans.
  • Implement product-specific sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenues, market share, and profitability.
  • Meet product yield targets and identify issues to develop corrective action plans.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to provide direction, guidance, and support to employees within the sales team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  1. Growth in Branch Revenues:
  • % achievement on product-wise revenue targets in the branch.
  • Achievement of yield targets (Yield / piece) for the product.
Drive Market Growth:
  • % increase in revenues from identified industry segments or customers within the branch.
Enhance Sales Capabilities:
  • Adherence to sales KPIs and productivity metrics.
Product Innovation:
  • Support in new product development and launch in the region as per plan.
Culture of Excellence:
  • Adherence to performance management system timelines and guidelines.
