We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as PTP/RTR/OTC professionals. The role will involve various tasks related to accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor query resolution, employee expense processing, and statement reconciliation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of education and 2+ years of prior work experience in AP processes. They must be able to perform day-to-day Accounts Payable activities with required speed and accuracy.

Additionally, the candidate should have hands-on working knowledge of SAP, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, sound problem-solving skills, and good written and verbal communication skills.

For OTC, we require candidates with cash application and allocation experience, understanding of credit management, credit insurance follow-up, forecasting of cash flows, order approvals, and other monthly reporting tasks.

For RTR, we seek individuals with journal entry processing, balance sheet reconciliation, month-end tasks and reporting, fixed asset accounting, inventory accounting, and standard costing experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need to execute day-to-day operational tasks, deliver results as per agreed timelines, adhere to SLAs, and identify and execute process improvement opportunities.
