Job Overview

The Senior Group Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional quality assurance services to clients.

  • Drive efficiency improvements through strategic planning and execution, ensuring better operating margins with a strong focus on governance, timelines, and risk management.
  • Develop and implement sampling and stratification strategies based on compliance checks, financial processes, errors, customer priorities, and agent performance.
  • Lead the development of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), monitor predictive SLA metrics, and report key findings.
Key Qualifications
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree required.
  • Minimum 12 years of overall work experience; 6 years in management roles managing transactional and strategic quality.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification mandatory.
  • Experience working in Financial & Accounting (F&A) Accounts, particularly in PTP, OTC, and RTR towers.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and automation of quality functions.
  • Analytical mindset with lateral thinking, strong work ethic, and a will-to-win attitude.
