Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Management professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ITOM solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain ITOM configurations, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.
  • Configure and enhance ServiceNow ITOM modules, such as CMDB and ITOM platform.
  • Design and implement data import processes and develop training materials.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions and represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations management, with a focus on ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of midserver configuration, CMDB, discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC).
  • Good knowledge of networking concepts, DMZ zone, public/private/hybrid cloud environment, and industrial control systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
