Key Regional Growth Role

We are seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead growth for our metal vertical. The role requires strong expertise in business development, preferably within the metals or recycling sector, with a focus on driving revenue, expanding customer base, and ensuring seamless execution of regional business strategies.

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Drive regional sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify and onboard new business opportunities, clients, and partners in the metals trading and recycling ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute regional GTM strategies.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor the regional business development team.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Work closely with customer support and telesales teams to ensure high conversion rates and client satisfaction.

Market Analysis & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, buyers, and channel partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at regional networking forums and industry events.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure smooth execution of customer onboarding, order processing, and service delivery.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance updates to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, sustainability, and ethical trading practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate from a reputed college; MBA/Post-Graduation preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in core business development, preferably in metals, commodities, or recycling sector.
  • Strong track record in meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
