Metal Scrap Trader

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the metal scrap market, managing export operations, and designing strategies based on market intelligence.
This role requires a deep understanding of the scrap metal industry, including knowledge of major ferrous and non-ferrous scrap qualities, as well as experience in international trading terms and conditions.
The successful candidate will have strong financial acumen, with the ability to collect and analyze market information, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new business opportunities in the metal scrap market
- Managing export operations, including supply chain logistics and client management
- Designing strategies based on market intelligence
- Collecting and analyzing market information
- Resolving quality issues timely
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- Relevant experience in the metal scrap industry
- Market exposure and understanding of international trading terms
- Ability to collect and analyze market information
- Strong financial acumen and decision-making skills
A background in business or finance would be an asset, but is not necessary. What's most important is that you have a passion for the scrap metal industry and are eager to learn and grow.
