
Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and updating construction documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
This includes maintaining and updating construction budget details while placing inspection orders with field inspectors across the United States.
- You will be responsible for assigning inspection orders to nearby inspectors and tracking their acceptance and scheduling within the stipulated timeframe.
- Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors via calls and emails to obtain missing or required documentation.
- You will play a crucial role in coordinating with stakeholders through email and phone communication to ensure order fulfillment.
- Scheduling and managing site inspections with field inspectors is also an essential part of this role, requiring you to follow up to expedite order completion.
- In addition, you will be responsible for notifying clients about order status updates via emails and chat messages to ensure transparency and efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you should possess exceptional attention to detail in reviewing documentation and identifying gaps.
Excellent communication skills are also essential to interact with clients, contractors, and inspectors. Additionally, your ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
Experience in US mortgage documents review process is mandatory. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment and provide excellent customer service.
