Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media. They will provide prompt, professional, and empathetic responses to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  1. Customer Interaction: Manage customer queries via multiple communication channels.
  2. Response and Resolution: Provide prompt and professional responses to resolve customer concerns.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical, and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
  4. Policies and Standards: Assist in developing customer service policies and standards.
  5. Quality Assurance: Coordinate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with service protocols.
  6. Research and Development: Conduct research to provide answers for customers.
  7. Information Flow: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of information.
  8. Record Keeping: Maintain and update records and files.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Education: A bachelor's degree in any field with some regulatory knowledge.
  2. Experience: 2-3 years of post-graduation experience; experience in sales/marketing and healthcare/medical devices/service order management industries preferred.
  3. Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, and Outlook.
  4. Cognitive Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  6. Teamwork: Team player with a solution-oriented approach.
