Business Relationship Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Relationship Manager to lead business partnerships and drive technology-enabled growth in our organization.

Job Overview:

This role involves leading business relationships and driving technology-enabled growth. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, business analysis capabilities, and a deep understanding of requirement specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and programs with the ability to understand precise outcomes as part of business analyst requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques used in business analysis and leverage them to provide competitive advantage.
  • Analyze and create business use case scenarios for Micro Loans, identifying gaps by running used cases in the LOS/CBS system.
  • Determine data and MIS requirements, including proficiency in Oracle SQL and MS SQL.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Micro loan or Micro Banking projects.
  • A graduate degree (diploma or distant education not considered).
