Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Front-End Developer with a strong background in creating high-performance user interfaces. They will be responsible for crafting engaging and intuitive experiences for our platform using React.js.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our engineering team as a Lead Front-End Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of responsive and efficient user interfaces for our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Development: Design, develop, and maintain user-facing features on the platform using React.js
  • Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers and product managers to ensure seamless user experiences
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of the front-end, ensuring quick load times and responsiveness
  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Innovation: Stay updated on the latest front-end trends and technologies and apply them to improve the platform
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of the application

Qualification:

  • 7+ years of experience as a front-end developer with a strong background in React.JS

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3
  • Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services
  • Solid understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques
  • Experience with Webpack front-end build tools
  • Experience working with UI frameworks

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with GraphQL or similar query languages
  • Understanding of cloud platforms
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
