Offshore Structural Engineering Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced offshore structural engineering leader to join our team. As a Principal Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and analysis of offshore structures.

  • This role involves overseeing the work of a team of structural engineers in the design and analysis of jackets and topsides.
  • You will also be responsible for developing and implementing structural design standards and guidelines that meet industry best practices.
  • In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless project execution and identify areas for improvement.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in offshore structural engineering, with expertise in SACS software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of engineers.
