  • Project Management & Leadership: Lead multiple projects simultaneously, driving them forward with strategic vision and technical expertise.">
  • Business Analysis & Solution Design: Engage directly with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, performing thorough fit-gap analysis.">
  • Client Engagement & Training: Foster strong relationships with clients through clear communication and proactive issue resolution.">
  • Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for architecting Salesforce solutions.">
Requirements:">
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience as a functional consultant.">
  • Proven experience in large-scale, end-to-end project implementations for enterprise clients.">
  • Must have delivered at least 5 full Salesforce projects for different customers.">
  • Core Salesforce Expertise: Solid functional knowledge of core Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.">

  • Knowledge of other enterprise solutions like Einstein Analytics, Mulesoft, Tableau etc.">
  • Industry knowledge in sectors like Financial Services, Health, Education etc.">
