Technical Lead Position

About the Job:

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and architect Salesforce solutions with 6+ years of experience.
  • Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is a must.
  • Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder is required.
  • Multivendor environment management and cross-functional coordination are essential.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Deployments is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts into business language.

Key Deliverables

  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, deployment plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as primary technical liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
Requirements
  • Review vendor deliverables, enforce coding standards, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Facilitate joint solutioning workshops, sprint planning, and technical reviews.
  • Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and native connectors.
  • Evaluate platform scalability, data integrity, and performance optimization across all Salesforce clouds.
